About Us

Taste of Country Cafe began as a service station on the corner of Fairfield Hill Rd. Over the years the service station became a restaurant and has served under many names. In May of 2009 Taste of Country Cafe opened as the new occupant of the historic site in downtown Bloomfield, KY. 

The Ball family purchased Taste of Country Cafe in January of 2009. After a bit of remodeling and a new name, the local's weren't sure what to expect. Taste of Country Cafe has become Bloomfield's newest hotspot for breakfast and lunch.

Located along the beautiful Bloomfield Historic District, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and fresh country air, or the at home ambiance of our dining room. Either way, you'll see why everyone is lining up to get a "Taste of Country" cookin.
